1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Nossky in any form, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not register, play, or otherwise make use of the service.

2. Disclaimer & Intellectual Property

Nossky is a fan-made, non-commercial project operated by independent enthusiasts. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Gameforge AG, Entwell Co., Ltd. or any other official rights holder of NosTale. All trademarks, logos, artwork, character designs and original game assets remain the property of their respective owners. This project is provided for educational, research and community-entertainment purposes only.

If you are a rights holder and want content removed, contact us at [email protected] and we will respond within 72 hours.

3. Account Rules

• You are solely responsible for your account. Do not share credentials.
• Multi-accounting is limited to 3 accounts per natural person. IPs and hardware IDs are monitored.
• Choosing offensive, impersonating or trademark-infringing names will result in rename or ban.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be recycled; names are released for reuse.

4. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent ban of the account and its IP/HWID:

• Use of hacks, bots, macros, automation tools or any third-party software interacting with the client or server.
• Abuse of bugs, duplication exploits, or economy-breaking glitches. These must be reported to staff immediately.
• Real-money trading (RMT) of in-game items, gold, characters or accounts outside the official item shop.
• Harassment, hate speech, doxxing or any behaviour contrary to a respectful community.
• Impersonating staff members or claiming staff privileges.
• Distributed denial of service, reverse engineering or probing of the infrastructure.

5. In-Game Purchases & Virtual Currency

Coins and other virtual currencies have no real-world monetary value. Purchased coins are non-refundable except where required by your local consumer protection laws. We reserve the right to refuse or reverse any transaction flagged as fraudulent.

6. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, DDoS mitigation or unforeseen circumstances may cause downtime. We reserve the right to modify, reset or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice. No compensation is owed for lost playtime or virtual goods resulting from such events.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nossky staff and operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced via the website news feed and/or official Discord. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
